In The Mountains of Honduras, Eden grows.
At Finca El Eden, our coffee is grown in the fertile highlands of Honduras, where rich soil, mountain air, and careful cultivation allow each plant to thrive naturally. Passed down through our family, the land continues to produce coffee the way nature intended.
Established in 1985, Finca El Edén is our family coffee farm nestled in the mountains of Honduras. The farm is run by my great uncle, Francisco, and his family, who have spent decades cultivating coffee with care, patience, and respect for the land.
What began as a small family farm has grown into a tradition rooted in hard work, heritage, and a deep connection to the land. At Finca El Edén, coffee is more than a crop, it is part of our family’s story.
From Finca El Edén to Your Cup
For generations, our family has worked this land with the belief that exceptional coffee begins with care and dedication. Every harvest reflects the experience and pride of the people who nurture these plants from seed to bean.
Under the care of Francisco and his family, Finca El Edén continues to produce coffee that honors both the traditions of the past and the future of the farm.
At Finca El Eden, coffee is cultivated using organic and sustainable farming practices that protect the soil and the surrounding ecosystem. Our commitment to responsible farming is reflected in our Rainforest Alliance certification, which recognizes farms that meet rigorous environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards.
By working in harmony with nature and supporting the well-being of the people who cultivate our coffee, we help preserve the land and community that make this coffee possible.
From the mountains of Honduras to your cup, every bean reflects our dedication to quality, sustainability, and family tradition.
